I propose 2 styles of longbaord trucks which each contain a single 83mm Abec 11 Centrax wheel (or Sector 9 DoubleWides: https://www.daddiesboardshop.com/sector-9-nine-balls-double-wide-longboard-wheels-55mm)

what program do you use to draw on the computer?
Build it, try it, do you get hurt?
My dude, we need another upload!
Lets just build it and find out
If you add weight in the center plane of the board it may be more stable with that design. Or another option would be to lower the entire deck by leaving only 1-2″ of clearance from the ground (would be possible by recessing the trucks so they stick out the other side of the board)
Look up the hobie Sundance, made in the 70s as a fibre glass deck with 2 wheels. The trucks work way different than any other truck but it’s not a bad idea
