Time lapse of the team at Raglan Longboards building a custom surfboard, from shape to polish. First Mickey T hand shapes the polyurethane blank, signs it, installs the FCSII side fins and laminates the bottom then top with polyester resin. The boys then apply the labels and a sanding coat, install the fin box and deck plug, sand, gloss and polish the board. The finished longboard, a custom ‘Darling’ model is then ready for quality control.

You don’t see a quality finish like that on mass production boards that’s for sure.
Wow that board is spectacular, love it, I’d be proud to own a board like that.
