disappointed…tsk tsk tsk. Why try advertising it as something its not? For example using the under seat area 1:08 as a livewell or cooler. After the hardware to make it a livewell you’d wouldn’t even be able to use it for small minnows and for a cooler after the ice is put in, you’d be lucky to fit a pb&j and an orange. At 1:53 he mentions using ram balls for trolling. Well, anyone that actually knows about trolling gear for fish knows that ram balls are not optimal and scotty mounts work far better. Tye, you say your impressed at 3:23 because of a cup holder and rail system? Your joking right? Laughable. At 55lbs its heavier than the 11′ scrambler that you can get off craigslist for less than 300.00. geeeezze Thanks but no thanks

Matt Rhodes Fishing says:

I can get you a yolo board fisherboard for $950 but that one looks sweet.

Brad Thompson says:

no it’s off topic but what brand and size spoons do you use. thanks

Ratdog 305 says:

Nice compromise between a SUP and a SOT . The light weight would be a key factor for some people.

Julian Semenuk says:

what is your thoughts on thats paddle?

kayakeros says:

Nice review brother

Buckeye in a yak says:

That’s a cool looking ride. I was looking at paddle boards for the family to use. I just got Native Versa Board, and have a Larry Chair on order. Figured I’d get something I could use too. Can’t wait to fish from it. The more I kayak fish the less gear I take with me. I really like the idea of fishing from a board with minimal gear. Take care!

Allyson Clark says:

Kaku Kahuna with Larry Chair & Engle cooler is awesome!!

Iason Onisiphorou says:

Pretty neat concept. That skeg will be a hindrance in shallow water.

Brian Richard says:

Looks cool, if it had a retractable fin it would be even better.

iwannabangtootie says:

I have one of these and it’s amazing. Tracks really well and is light enough for one person to carry. I use it primarily on the ocean and this thing is as solid as they come. Raised seat is so comfortable, it is a perfect paddling position. Handles big swells no problem, very stable. I have even surfed with it. You can stand up and sit down anytime during your trip. It’s not as fast as a purpose built kayak but as a stable, versatile recreational platform to paddle or fish from I prefer it over a kayak any day. Best 1000 bucks I have ever spent.

Ride Alongside says:

Would have been nice to hear how you felt after paddling it for hours. It would also be nice to hear how it fairs in the open ocean.

Scotty's Adventures says:

I personally think for the same stability, price, and storage you would be better off getting Marty to hook you up with a pelican catch 120. It does weigh 13 pounds more, but at 69lbs it’s still manageable. We miss you it Texas but are jealous of all the great fishing in Pcola!
