Naish Nalu 10’6” 2017 review / All round SUP

SUPboarder looks at the all-round SUP – the Naish Nalu 10’6”. The Nalu is a great board for paddlers who want a board to do it all.  This Nalu 10’6” is a bigger more user friendly version of the performance longboard the 10′ Nalu Pro. This 10’6” Nalu is going to suit riders weighing 60-95kg who want to paddle flat water and/or get into waves. If you’re looking for a well made, top end price point board, the Naish Nalu 10’6” could be a great board for you.

I’ve been anxiously awaiting this review every since I saw the unboxing video. I believe it would be nice if the the deck pad were extended further up the board. Also, the price could definitely be lower. I wonder if the board was tested on waves that actually needed the feet to be placed closer to the rails to see if the inside curve of the deck had any negative effect on the foot placement because of it. Thanks for the great review.

Hi Reuben, I’m 85KG but very much a beginner (currently had a Red 10’6) .. will I benefit from the next length up, or would 10’6 suit me better as I get more experience in the surf ? thanks

Hello Reuben. We tried getting hold of you via email (bounced back because your email was full) and Instagram about a couple of boards for sale. Are you able you get back to me please? Many thanks. Jonathan.
