The Body Glove Performer 11 stand-up paddleboard attracted us with its touring style shape yet wide center. This “inflatable” board paddles as well if not better than many hard-boards I have tried. This paddleboard (iSUP) was designed in partnership with Luke Hopkins a world renowned professional paddler of SUPs. The fins of the board are fixed and initially I thought that might be a negative but I found them to be crazy durable and trust them to last. It is also nice because the fins then don’t have to be taken on and off which can be a pain with some boards due to sand and grit. I was skeptical at first about inflatables but this Body Glove board has made me a believer! Love that I can take it anywhere in any mode of transportation!

Wow that test you did surprised me.  Hard to believe an inflatable is that durable and rigid!  I remember the old days when inflatables were made from air mattress material.  Clearly inflatable technology has improved dramatically!  I’m sold!

Great video.  Been following your channel for awhile.  Going to have to keep these in mind.  Wife and I plan to start traveling across U.S in our RV.  This would be perfect!

redroofretriever says:

Great item for a channel giveaway to one of your Sub’s. I really like these but never tried one.

Larry Talbot says:

An 11′ paddle board that you can carry in a backpack? Now that’s an awesome idea to have as a spare in the trunk or something for those moments when you wish you had your kayak but didn’t bring it along!

Jim Fisk says:

Just found them for $479!   At this price I am buying two for our RV.  Here they are in case anyone else wants the deal!  These are great boards.  Tested one out this weekend at a paddleboarding event.  Someone else had one.   https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01GCLZERO/_encoding=UTF8/ref=as_li_ss_tl?coliid=I1AX5L9QXRRB0B&colid=PNQ8F1VOLUJN&linkCode=ll1&tag=ytk-20&linkId=f5e5b393649056ac0405c8956c851ee4

Looks like a well made board!  Can’t believe they are that ridgid.  Your sawhorse test shocked me. It didn’t look like it flexed when you stood on it.  Remarkable.  Also didn’t know how to add accessories to them so thanks for sharing.  Not sure why anyone would buy a hard board.  This seems much more versatile.  I love my kayaks but they take up alot of space in garage.

Delaware River Fishing Dude says:

Nice. Earlier this year I purchased and inflatable paddle board by iRocker. Same configuration as your body glove board. Most of them come packaged the same way. — you can strap down a cooler and use a kayak paddle too. Cooler serves as storage and raise seat. Works fine on calm flat water. — I like those RAILBLAZA adapters. I recently strategically mounted several on my Hobie Outback and love them so much. Thanks for sharing

Big O! says:

Great review. That appears to be a solid inflatable. I have considered getting one, this was helpful. Keep up the great work!

Jim McCarthy says:

I have two and love them! Every bit as fast, but IMO they are made with better quality materials than the highly rated Red Paddle brand. I previously owned the Red Paddle 12’6″ board and hated putting in the side stringers..pain in the rear, especially inflating on a beach with sand getting into these side slots. The Performer is actually a stiffer board due to triple layers. Best bang for the buck and half the price of the Red board.

Macallan says:

Just too expensive

Thanks for the tips on how to add mounts to inflatables.  Just what i was looking for the other day.  Want to add a rod holder to my inflatable.  Nice vid
